SSHA 2019 conference is pleased to provide a very user friendly online registration system. You need to create an account and accordingly choose activities you want to book for yourself and pay online in the end to complete the process.   • Kindly note, CME accreditation is subject to a attendance in the scientific sessions, the attendance will be tracked through the barcoded badge for each session.
  • All registrants are required to pre-register.
  • ** For administrative purpose, a copy of your certificate is required as a proof in order to avail the registration fee (Students – College ID, SSHA Members – Membership Card, HCP (Healthcare Professionals – SCFHS Card)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Modify Your Registration

You can edit your personal details or register additional services online on or before 5 November 2019 2300 hrs (GMT+ 3). Changes after 6 November, 2019 will be subject to an administrative fee of SAR 100 per delegate. All changes must be in writing; no changes or cancellation will be accepted by telephone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • All cancellations and requests for refund must be in writing to conference secretariat at ssha2019@mci-group.com 100% refund - the congress secretariat must receive a notification of cancellation in writing at least 30 days before the event. This will entitle the delegate to a 100% refund less an administrative fee of SAR 100.00
  • No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event date. Notifications of cancellations must be sent by email to: ssha2019@mci-group.com
Onsite Loss of Name Badges
  • Name Badges are to be worn at all the time during the congress and social events.
  • Replacement for the loss of name badges onsite is charged at SAR 100 per badge.
Other IMPORTANT Terms and Conditions
  • If the payment is made after the early bird deadline the latest registration fee will be applicable and invoiced
  • If the payment is made before 10 days of the congress a proof of payment or a letter of guarantee will be required
  • If you cannot attend “3rd Saudi Society for Health Administration Conference”, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague until the 5 November 2019, 6 November onwards all name changes can only be coordinated onsite. If you have to cancel entirely, we regret that no refunds can be made after your confirmation.

To qualify for the Resident / Trainee / Fellow registration fee, a current letter of verification from your department head or fellowship sponsor must accompany this registration along with a photocopy of your passport indicating your date of birth. Letters and credentials are to be sent via email to ssha2019@mci-group.com.
